1. Acceptance
By installing or using PasteTiles MTC, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the extension or optional Sync service.
2. The service
PasteTiles is a productivity tool for organizing and inserting user-created reusable text. Core local functionality does not require an account. PasteTiles Sync is optional and may be subject to reasonable storage, security, and abuse-prevention limits, including the displayed 10 MB cloud-content limit per account.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you save, insert, export, and send; for reviewing inserted text before sending; for keeping account credentials and Excel backups secure; and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. Do not use PasteTiles for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, or unauthorized access.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep PasteTiles reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every website or editor. Browser and website changes may affect insertion or formatting. We may update, secure, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and will disclose material data-practice changes as required.
5. Accounts
Provide an email address you control and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the service.
6. Intellectual property
PasteTiles MTC, its code, design, name, and branding are owned by MTC Core or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, impersonate, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or misuse the service or branding.
7. No automatic sending
PasteTiles inserts selected text but does not intentionally press Send or submit a form. You are responsible for verifying the content, recipient, and destination before taking the final sending action.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PasteTiles is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. MTC Core is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your saved content, third-party websites, account credentials, backups, or failure to review inserted text.
9. Termination
You may stop using PasteTiles at any time and can delete your optional account and active cloud data from the extension. We may suspend access for material abuse, security threats, or violations of these terms.
