How do I request a demo?
Use the Request Demo button on the MTC101 website or message the Official MTC101 Facebook Page directly.
How do I pay for Monthly or Annual access?
Open the Plans section, click Pay Now, then scan either the Maya or GCash QR code and pay the exact amount for the selected plan.
What should I do after payment?
Send a screenshot of the successful payment to the Official MTC101 Facebook Page and include the email you want to use for activation. Access is issued after payment is verified.
Is there an automatic recurring charge?
No. The current MTC101 website uses manual QR transfer. Monthly or Annual renewal is handled manually unless the payment process is changed in a future version.
Activation
How do I activate MTC101?
Enter the email requested by the extension together with the access key provided by MTC101, then select Activate.
What if my access key does not activate?
Refresh the license status first. If the error remains, send the visible error message or screenshot to support.
Link Collect
What does Link Collect do?
It collects supported Meta Business Suite conversation links from the active Inbox view.
How do I export the links?
Use Copy All to copy the list or Download .txt to save one conversation link per line in a plain text file.
Why can collection stop early?
The Meta Inbox can use virtualized rows and dynamic loading. Try enabling auto-scroll or reload the Inbox and run the collector again.
Same Reply
When should I use Same Reply?
Use it when all conversation links should use the same saved-reply keyword and the same expected first line.
What does Clear do?
It clears the Same Reply links, keyword, and expected first-line fields.
Per Row
When should I use Per Row?
Use it when different conversation links need different saved-reply keywords or expected first lines.
What if one row has a problem?
Use the available Retry, Move Next, Stop, or report controls depending on the visible status.
